My account is locked, what can I do?

If your account has been locked due to multiple unsuccessful sign-in attempts, you will receive a notification with instructions.

You can either wait to receive an email with a link to unlock your account or choose to reset your password.

Once you successfully reset your password or use the unlock link, your account will be unlocked, and you can log in with your new password.
